Hi guys I have a client with outlook on office 365 for a mac 1. So, if there is no issue with the network Outbox folder won't be visible. Expand Root Container > Top of Information Store Solution: Outbox in Outlook for Mac shows only when there's mail waiting to be sent. To make sure that MFCMAPI is in Online mode, select Tools > Options, and then make sure that the Use the MDB_ONLINE flag and Use the MAPI_NO_CACHE check boxes are selected. Right-click the mailbox name at the top of the folder hierarchy in Outlook, select New Folder, and then create a folder that's named Archive01. I don't know how long it continues to appear there. Click on it and you can see it's contents. Upon opening, the outbox appears at the bottom on the folders column. The dedicated support engineers there are dedicated to handling Outlook for.
